What was once wasted space above a two-car garage was completely transformed into a functional and beautifully designed full bathroom. The unused area was reimagined to maximize both comfort and storage, turning “dead space” into one of the home’s most unique features.
The renovation includes a spacious tiled walk-in shower, a large walk-in closet, and additional room for storage, making the space as practical as it is stylish. One of the standout elements is the custom dual vanity, created from a restored antique dresser that adds warmth, character, and a one-of-a-kind touch to the bathroom design.
By blending modern finishes with repurposed vintage pieces, the project created a luxurious retreat while making smart use of previously unused square footage.
