16th Street Kitchen Transformation
retro · chic · kitchen design
The kitchen was quaint and straight out of the 50’s with paintings on the original kitchen wood flooring, hidden by a layer of vinyl. The retro white cabinets already worked well to brighten the space and the floor plan was functional, even offering extra room in the eat-in area for additional cabinetry and coffee bar!
here is where we started…
The kitchen stove was centered and paired with dark countertops and a black and white backsplash to tie it all together. The result was a win/win- refresh the kitchen within budget and provide additional storage for all those appliances that were not needed on a daily basis!
